Wine-making process: soft presssing of the grapes, controlled fermentation at 16-18° C.
Second in-bottle fermentation following the Traditional Method, with 36 months minimum ageing on the lees.

Wine description: A delicate bead in the glass of soft golden color. The nose blossoms with citric notes of lemon zest, and a fine thread of white peach and salty hints. On the palate, an ideal balance betweend tense mineral sensations and crisp acidity, rounded out with final notes of almond – typical of the indigenous Garganega grape.

Matching: Great aperitif or matched with raw shellfish or a squid tempura.
