Training system: guyot, about 3.000plants/hectare.
Harvest: Handmade in small crates.
Wine-making process: soft pressing of the grapes, controlled fermentation at 15-16°C.
Wine description: pale straw yellow. Crispy and savory, with floral notes of jasmine and sweet yellow fruits, and a delicate almond end. Well balanced and with good structure.
Food pairings: To be served with seafood appetizers, main courses of shellfish and crustaceans, typical Veneto dishes such as risotto with asparagus, and white meats.
