Cà Rovere is equipped with a modern winery surrounded by vineyards.
On the ground floor, the premises for the processing of grapes and wine production are equipped with advanced machinery. Our warehouse and wine shop are also located on the ground floor.
In 2002 an underground room was dug directly into the mountain.
Its function is to house the barrels for still wines and large piles of sparkling wine bottles that are left here for 36 months of aging on the lees.
In this twilight setting, the limestone mountain surfaces from the walls. The flooring is made of terracotta tiles resting directly on the stone, without the use of cement.
These expedients allow natural ventilation of the environment and the maintenance of optimal parameters of temperature and humidity for the aging of wine, with an oscillation within the range of 5° C between Summer and Winter (15-20° C, 60-70°F).
Upstairs, a large tasting room with wooden beams ceiling offers a wonderful view of the vineyards.
This space has been designed to adapt to various types of events and accommodate large and small groups.
The winery is open to the vineyards and the beautiful nature that surrounds it, to the people who work here with passion and those who come to visit with the curiosity to know and taste the fruits of this work. The cellar is also open to opportunities for interaction and exchange of ideas.
This is why we organize guided tours for adults and children, wine tastings, dinners and aperitifs, cultural events to support local artists, book launches and other family activities.
Access for disabled people. However, the complete tour of the winery has some architectural barriers.
Pets are welcome but will not have access to all the premises.
