On the ground floor, the grape processing and wine production rooms are equipped with cutting-edge machinery.

In 2002, an underground room was dug to housethe large stacks of bottles of sparkling wine, left to rest for the 36 months of aging on the yeasts.

  • An evocative environment...

    In the dim light of this evocative environment, the limestone rock of the mountain emerges into view. The flooring is made up of terracotta tiles placed directly on the stone, without the use of cement.

  • ...which preserves good wine

    These measures allow natural ventilation of the environment and the maintenance of optimal temperature and humidity parameters for the refinement of the wine, with an oscillation between Summer and Winter within a range of 5°C, between 15-20°C .

The large tasting room and terrace overlook the vineyards with a splendid view. This environment was designed to adapt to various types of events, hosting large and small groups.
