    Grapes harvested by hand, late harvest, late September, early October.

    Drying for 6 months, 2 years in oak barriques.

    Alcohol: 12.5% vol. Service: temperatures between 10 and 14°C.

Perfect with almond desserts, such as Cantucci. Excellent with shortcrust pastry biscuits and the typical Venetian biscuits, Zaletti. Tasty cheeses like Grana paired with jams and acacia honey.
