Sisto Biasin Red Still Italian Wine

  • Production area

    Limestone of Eocene origin. Vineyards located in the southernmost part of the Berici Hills (VI), characterized by optimal exposure and good temperature variations.

  • Breeding and harvesting

    Grapes selected and harvested manually. Harvest period: mid-October.

  • Vinification and refinement

    Soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks at around 20°C with the pomace for 12 – 15 days. Daily pumping over and 2 – 3 délestages. Ageing: in steel and barriques. Subsequently aged in bottle for 3 months.

    Service: Alcohol: 12.5% vol. Service: 16-18°

A still red that goes excellently with roasted red meats, grilled meats, game and mature cheeses. It is recommended with fresh Pecorino dei Colli Berici and pickled onions, baked rabbit with Storo polenta, sliced ​​beef with rosemary.
