On the palate it is sustained and full-bodied, with an intense persistence and a fresh bitter almond finish.
2 bottles of Brut Nature Classic Method Sparkling Wine ● Chardonnay and Garganega, 2017 vintage, 60 months on yeasts. Bright yellow, with fresh and lively notes of jasmine, acacia and hawthorn. Enveloping on the palate with savory and acidic notes. Intriguing citrus finish.
1 bottle of Founder's Cuvée Riserva Classic Method Sparkling Wine ● Chardonnay and Garganega, 2013 vintage, 96 months on the lees. Velvety, tense and vibrant. Very fine, delicate perlage, intense bouquet, with hints of almond and green apple, with a final of balsamic and yeast notes. Great persistence with saline acidity. Awarded by Decanter with a score of 93 points out of 100.
